Terms and Conditions of Sale

No contract will commence between you and Damaris Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Damaris Ltd accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Damaris Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Payment

  • We accept most major credit and debit cards including; Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron
  • You will be advised by email or telephone if we cannot process your order because; authorisation of your payment failed or if there are any items on your order that are out of stock

Cancellations

If you change your mind about an order you have placed, please contact our Customer Services Department on 020 7636 7060, or email us on sales@damaris.co.uk within 24 hours of your order including weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. No cancellations can be made after this time.

Delivery and Packaging

Damaris Ltd's aim is to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of credit or debit card information -excluding weekends and bank holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If the particular product is not in stock , we can make the garment exclusively for you, and the despatch may be up to 7 days. However if this is the case will contact you within 24 receipt of credit or debit card information -excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays to confirm the delivery time is acceptable for you.

Product Information

  • Damaris Ltd have made every effort to display the products and colours as accurately as possible on our website. We cannot guarantee the colour you see on your monitor will 100% reflect the colour of the goods on delivery.
  • Damaris Ltd. Take care to ensure that all details, prices and product description are correct at the time of being entered on our website.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All goods are subject to availability.
  • If an item is out of stock before your order has been processed, Damaris Ltd will notify you as soon as possible.
  • If a Damaris piece is not in stock, we can make the garment exclusively for you but please note, this is subject to our confirmation and the dispatch may be up to 7 working days. If this is the case however, we will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your payment details to confirm whether the new delivery date is convenient for you. Please note, this excludes weekends, public and bank holidays.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided you return them in a re-saleable condition.
  • Please make sure that the knickers are tried on over your own lingerie. All Goods should be returned unworn, unwashed, with all labels intact.
  • E-Vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Returns Period

  • Please fill out the form enclosed with your order and send it back with your returned goods within 14 days of receipt
  • If you no longer have the returns form enclose a note with your order, with your name, address, contact telephone number, email address, with your reasons for return and details of your refund or replacement.
  • If you believe your goods are faulty we will inspect them and then contact you by email or phone to discuss an appropriate resolution.
  • Replacement items will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain the box from your original order.
  • If Damaris ltd agrees that the product was faulty, the new delivery cost will be covered by Damaris ltd, however, if the product is being exchanged for size or for personal choice reasons, the customer would bear the cost. We would contact you within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays for your payment details.
  • Damaris Ltd. Cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We recommend that you send the goods by registered post. We will contact you once we receive your returns within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays and then process your request for a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
